Curry is my middle name

In 2016 I cooked my way through the amazing Curry Cookbook from cover to cover, it was New Years Resolution. 96 recipes, 15 litres sunflower oil, 8 litres rice bran oil, 390 cardomon pods, 4kg coriander, 1/2 kilo tumeric, .7kg ground coriander, 350 chillies, 7kg lamb, 16kg chicken, 8kg beef, 10kg seafood, 11 litres coconut milk, 9 litres of coconut cream, 310 garlic cloves & 80 bottles of vino ...what an adventure and what a fantastic challenge

Some may have followed my journey on FB or Insta. I did it for my love of cooking and love of curry but this gives me the opportunity to cook for an ever greater cause. I’m helping save lives, one tasty course at a time!

This October, I’m taking on the 3 Course Challenge to raise funds for breast cancer trials research. I want to help protect the 1 in 7 women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

By donating to my page, you’ll help fund clinical trials that are finding new ways to treat, prevent and ultimately cure breast cancer. Your tax-deductible donation would be so appreciated and help make a real difference.

I’m sure it will be no easy feat but I’ll have top chef Sarah Todd to help me! I can’t wait to give it a go, have some fun and cook to help find a cure for breast cancer.
