Terms and Conditions

The 3 Course Challenge (the ‘Event’) is an initiative of ANZ Breast Cancer Trials Group Ltd Trading As Breast Cancer Trials (‘BCT’) to raise funding to support its national breast cancer clinical trials research program.

The Event commences on 3rd August 2020 and ends on 14th September 2020.

By registering for the Event, the participant or the parent/guardian of a participant under 18 years, acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


  1. The decision to participate in the Event is entirely your own and you take full responsibility for any consequence of your participation in the Event for yourself and/or your dinner guests.
  2. Any content you post to the website (e.g. photos and text) is your responsibility, and you must have the necessary rights to post that content (including the consent of others who feature in the content). BCT retains the right to delete any content posted.
  3. You acknowledge that BCT reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Event at any time.


  1. You acknowledge that by registering for the Event, you pledge to raise funds for BCT to support research for the treatment, prevention and cure of breast cancer.
  2. All fundraising conducted for this Event comes under BCT’s authority to fundraise in the respective State or Territory in Australia and you agree to be bound by the relevant state and national fundraising legislation and abide by BCT’s guidelines on Community Fundraising.
  3. BCT can refund a donation made in error. If you wish to request a refund, please contact BCT via


  1. BCT respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information it collects.
  2. BCT will collect your personal information and any other information you may volunteer (such as your experience or
    involvement with breast cancer) so that we can: administer and conduct the Event including sending you prizes, if you
    are eligible and win (see Prizes); and keep you informed about BCT, its fundraising activities and the important
    research you are supporting.
  3. BCT may use your image, name and challenge result in any promotion relating to this Event, including in the
    Leaderboard on the Event website.
  4. More information about the management of personal information, including storage and use, access and correction,
    and removal is included in our Privacy Policy.


  1. You must be registered to the 3 Course Challenge to be eligible for any prizes.
  2. You must reach specified fundraising milestones to go into the draw to receive these prizes:
    1. Raised $250 and over – ‘Manu’s Prize Pack’ featuring a selection of Manu's 'The Sauce' range and a hand signed
      copy of his 'More Please!' Cookbook.
    2. Raised $350 and over – A ‘Pastry Pack’ of one year’s supply of Carême Pastry and a mini cookbook valued at
      $140. (20 Pastry Packs to be won).
  3. The top fundraisers in the Event will receive the following prizes:
    1. 1st place – A $1000 Woolworths Gift Card
    2. 2nd place – A customised ‘The Chef’ knife valued at $850, handmade by Cut Throat Knives
    3. 3rd place – A beautiful Wedgwood Dinner Set valued at $500
  4. Eligible participants in the Event may be eligible to receive more than one prize.
  5. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other products.
  6. If you win a Pastry Pack and live in a regional or remote area outside the delivery zone you will be sent a prize of
    equivalent or greater value that will include a selection of Williams Sonoma bakeware plus a copy of Manu Feildel’s
    ‘French for Everyone’ cookbook.
  7. Winners will be awarded/drawn on Monday 14 September 2020.
  8. For the prize draw (Clause 2), the winners will be notified and have 72 hours from the time and date of the notification
    to respond and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, the prize will be redrawn and any
    previous winners will forgo claims to the prize.
  9. Prizes will either be distributed by BCT or the corporate sponsor who provided the prize.
